Today would’ve been my dad’s 78th birthday. I’m sure he would’ve donned his traditional green pants and the white with green, yellow and black stripes in honor of St. Patrick’s day. Before it closed, we always went to Bonanza Steakhouse to celebrate. Every year he got his favorite colonge, Quorum and the usual dad stuff…shirts, shorts and stuff. [...]
