First of all, please say a prayer for a really sweet 4 yr old name Lauren. She was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and has undergone numerous procedures–her first open heart surgery was at 4 weeks old . Tomorrow, she is having another heart cath done (she just had one in March) and the are going to put in a stent.  If that does not work, she’ll have to undergo surgery in the next couple of months to do work on her aorta.  ***Update:  Lauren started getting a fever Thursday night and still has one so the procedure was cancelled.  It will be rescheduled at a later date. Please continue to pray for her!

Also, prayers for safe travels for the Columbian Squires members who are traveling to Brownsville, TX for state convention.  My 12 yr old, J.M. is going.  They leave 8am tomorrow morning and will be back around 9pm Sunday.

Both older boys took the CAT-E test last week. Since then we’ve pretty much been on a break from school.  There is still work that needs to be done, but we all needed to take a breather. 

The kids are growing like weeds!  I’ve had to buy new shoes for 2 of them and new pants for 3. They all kind of hit a plateau for a bit and shot up at the same time. Amazing! 

Not much else to blog on right now.  Still playing the waiting game with hubby’s job. *yawn* That is getting old. Laid off or not? hurry up and decide would ya???? Oh well. It’s all in God’s hands. He know’s what is best for us. Right?
